Kontolink is a young FinTech startup that helps small companies automate their business.  Using AI and ML techniques on top of data bank transactions, email and other sources we are able to automate a big portion of their tedious bookkeeping tasks to the delight of them and their bookkeeper.

We are located centrally in Copenhagen at Christianshavn. 

We already have a solid product used by small businesses in Denmark. Recently we have received solid funding and are now ready to scale from both a business and product perspective.

To that end we are now looking for a head of development/CTO  to lead and grow our engineering team.

Generally we are looking for “smart and Can Do “ people and we expect you to have either experience or potential to head up our development and technical operations.

You will participate in daily management and we expect you to have the personality and ability to build and lead the culture in the development department

Some but not all your responsibilities include:

• Set technical direction, by leading and participating in architecture work
• Participate in daily development tasks
• Ensure dependable and scalable technical operations
• Expand the team  
• Ensure efficient development and delivery process

Ideally you have experience with more of the following

• SaaS  and CI/CD
• Growing and building teams
• Agile/Kanban
• Keeping system scalable and running

We are not rigid about our tech stack and currently we are using is Node.js Javascript,  React and Flutter running on Google Cloud Platform.

For the right candidate we are able to offer a competitive package from both salary and potential upside/warrant perspective.
